We will only ask our clients to show their boat to prospects, who we feel are absolutely qualified. Then, if everything is acceptable, we'll arrange shipping to the buyer. All funds regarding the purchase will be held in escrow until the time of closing and will be wired direct to seller at the time of passing of the title and possession of the boat to the buyer. |
| The industry standard commission in yacht brokerage is ten percent; however, each listing is unique and can present a different situation. Depending on the amount of work and whether or not there are other brokers involved; sales, commissions may be negotiated and modified accordingly. All we need in order to get started is to have the signed Listing Agreement faxed back to us; complete the Specification Form which provides us with the details required for listing the boat. If you have the specifications available in another source, such as in an existing advertisement or document, we can capture the data from that source; send us a file of 6 to 10 pictures, or more, for excellent internet exposure. We must have the HIN/HULL number in order to list the boat. Once the completed forms have been returned; we will go to work for you and begin the process of getting your boat listed as expeditiously as possible. Your listing will then be available to ALL brokers and to the entire global boating community.
