Since we work with an established licensed and bonded yacht brokerage company; we do not advertise our client’s vessels on this site. Rather, through our affiliate broker’s processes we advertise, market and network our clients’ vessels on the major nationwide and international industry-leading brokerage sites. This process ensures our client’s vessels are marketed on multiple sites that consist of multi-list and broker-only sites. The bottom-line is our client’s boats are advertised where folks go when looking to buy or sell yachts and boats. Through the licensed and bonded yacht company that we have elected to conduct our business through, we pay for and arrange “ALL” advertising and internet exposure for your yacht or boat. All of our services are provided at “At NO COST To You!”

Our commission is the industry standard. However, each case is unique and can present a different situation. Depending on the amount of work we do for the client and whether or not there are other brokers involved, sales commissions may be negotiated. The commission can be added to what you, the client, needs to obtain from the sell of your boat, or it can be taken from the mutually agreed upon listing price.  

We will professionally list, advertise and market your boat until it is sold or until you request it no longer be listed. There are absolutely “NO FEES” Unless “WE” Sell Your Boat.

If you sell your boat personally, then there is never an obligation or fee with us.

What You Will Receive
We coordinate all sales efforts to best promote and position your listing for exposure. We promote your vessel widely where people go to buy and sell boats. With the internet marketing and advertising concepts used by our brokerage company, our listings receive a remarkable volume of visits during peak season.

The internet exposure is simply “Excellent."
Once our client’s vessels are listed, we provide the client with a complimentary, multi-point, Current Market Analysis (CMA). This analysis is designed to assist the client and us, in determining the proper value of the yacht or boat, according to the industry standard tools used by professionals and consumers. This enables us to share the current status of the market, trends and provides our clients with information relative to recently sold boats.

A Team Concept
Another benefit of our process is that when you list with us, our process provides a team of brokers all working together. So even though you list with us, you will actually have a team working for you. Our team is always looking for boats for their clients who are looking to purchase as well. Our licensed and bonded brokerage company has a strong presence in the industry and is well respected. As such, we receive many inquiries from others in the industry that are looking to purchase also. Together, all of these venues provide excellent exposure for our clients.

We make every attempt to qualify prospective buyers. Through our licensed and bonded brokerage company of choice, we can assist with financing, transport, coordinate sea-trials, locate surveyors and handle complete documentation at closings and “anything else to help sell your boat”. There are no hidden costs. We will present all inquiries and offers. We are very active with our listings and we stay in contact with our clients keeping them informed as to what is going on in the industry, market and with their listing.

Our Listing Process
Our process is simple; we have a specification form that will need to be completed either by the client or us working with the client; we can send this form to you or it can be completed on our “Sell Your Boat” page within this site. This information ensures we capture the details and features of our clients’ vessel for listing compilation. We use six to twelve pictures (or more) of the boat to ensure we provide excellent internet exposure. Finally, we need a signed listing permission agreement that we will provide. For security reasons we require the HIN/HULL number from the registration for our listing; this requirement is for security purposes and helps to protect everyone involved in the process.

If you sell your boat then there is never an obligation or fee.
We get a commission only when we bring you the buyer. 

We do all the work for you; compile post and manage your listing. We will track your progress within various websites and work through our network of brokers. We qualify prospective buyers, locate surveyors, assist with financing, arrange transportation, complete documentation, work with marinas, coordinate sea-trials, and much more!

Listing Process
Our listing process is easy. Simply return to us the signed listing permission agreement that we will provide; this document provides us with the authorization to list your vessel on the many nationwide and international websites. We will need to obtain six to twelve photos, or more, to ensure excellent internet exposure. We will need to obtain a completed specification and feature form that we provide, or it may be completed on our “Sell Your Boat” page within this site. The HIN/HULL number is required from the registration for security reasons and to ensure your listing is posted on all marketing websites. Our processes are simple “and they work.”
